Orders & Shipping
Where does Bestseller Design24 sell and ship?
We currently sell and ship exclusively within Cyprus. Orders with delivery addresses outside Cyprus cannot be processed.
What are your delivery times?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping then takes 4–7 business days, with a 3:00 PM (Cyprus time) daily cut-off.
Returns & Refunds
How does the return process work?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please email info@bestseller-design24.com first; we will provide instructions after approval.
When will I get my money back?
Approved refunds are processed within 7 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned items.
