These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of products from Bestseller Design24.
Our store sells and delivers products to customers located in Cyprus only. Orders with delivery addresses outside Cyprus cannot be processed.
3. Products and Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to display our products, descriptions, images, prices and availability accurately.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting and device display.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update product information at any time.
4. Prices and Taxes
All prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable store currency and include applicable taxes where required by law.
The final order total, including any applicable taxes and charges, is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
We offer free shipping within Cyprus. No additional shipping fee is charged at checkout.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not automatically mean that your order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:
- the product is unavailable;
- the payment cannot be processed;
- the delivery address is outside Cyprus;
- there is an obvious pricing or product information error;
- the order appears to be fraudulent or suspicious.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method where possible.
6. Payment
Payment must be completed at the time of placing the order.
The available payment methods are displayed at checkout. We only process orders once payment has been successfully received or authorised.
We do not store full payment card details on our website. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver only within Cyprus.
Order processing time is 1–2 business days. After processing, the estimated shipping time is 4–7 business days.
The total estimated delivery time is generally 5–9 business days.
Our daily order cut-off time is 3:00 PM (Cyprus Time). Orders placed after this time will start processing on the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 30 days after receiving the order, unless an exception applies.
To request a return, customers must contact us first at info@bestseller-design24.com and provide the order number and reason for the return.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged and with all original packaging and accessories where applicable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged or incorrect.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify the customer about the approval or rejection of the refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bestseller-design24.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy.
10. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We can only cancel an order if it has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, the customer may request a return after receiving the order, according to our return policy.

Customers are responsible for:

- checking all order details before submitting the order;
- ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery where required;
- contacting us promptly if there is an issue with the order.

We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of business, loss of profit or damages caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any rights that customers have under applicable consumer protection laws.

We reserve the right to restrict access to our website if misuse, fraud or suspicious activity is detected.
